In the first 15-minute consult, we introduce our services and walk you through our process.

If you decide to move forward with us, we will assign you a stylist and send you a customer profiling survey to get details on your preferences and event so that the stylist can better understand you.

Through the customer profiling survey we collect 20+ data points to get to know you better, understand your unique style, preferences, and gather information about your event(s).

The data is strictly used by our stylist for the purposes of developing the outfit.  No information is shared with third parties.

Based on your customer profile our stylist will design, present, and as needed, iterate on silhouettes based on different combinations of colors, fabrics, patterns, and designs. Depending on the intricacy of your style and your response time, the process can take anywhere from 1 to 2 weeks to finalize the silhouette.

Unlimited! You and the stylist will work together through as many iterations as it takes to create a final silhouette of your desire.

We give you precise guidance that allows for a convenient and effortless way to measure yourself using a regular measuring tape. We also ask that you upload photos (front, back and side views). Our stylist cross-references the measurements you upload against the photos to ensure accuracy.

If you’d prefer a professional to measure you, the guidance and a stipend makes it easy for you to coordinate the process with your local dry cleaner or tailor.

As soon as the silhouette is finalized, our tailors start procuring the fabric and the garment making process begins. The garment making process can take 2-3 weeks and depends on the intricacies of the selected silhouette.

From the time you finalize your silhouette with the stylist until the garment reaches your doorstep, it could take 4-6 weeks, depending on your location. Expedited shipping is available at an additional charge that will be covered by the customer.

Shipping and handling of garments from initial manufacturing to your doorstep is free of charge. Any additional shipping and handling as it pertains to returns, additional alterations, etc. will be the responsibility of the customer. Expedited shipping is available at an additional charge that will be covered by the customer.

Given the bespoke nature of the business, any final garment once received by the customer cannot be returned. If the garment is defective or the final result is not aligned with the finalized silhouette, we will replace the garment for no charge or give you shop credit to be used towards any future purchases. Please note, shipping and handling for any returns will be covered by the customer.

We are located in the US with manufacturing operations in India and proudly service all parts of the world.

We will make every effort to display as accurately as possible all silhouette renderings as it pertains to their colors, patterns, and design. These may vary depending on which device, operating system, or web browser, you use and cannot guarantee complete accuracy of the silhouette renderings.
